Human Memory is Power of a human. Many things stabilized because of memory power It is very important to a person in life for everything. Power of memory It’s on your hand it may week for some people but it can be stronger with some of exercise. Your Mind, Memory and Body this combination make a human powerful, so control on mind and fit with body makes memory powerful. Visuals, Audio and Touch these also have deep connection with Memory in ‘Exercise-II’ I have mentioned some practices.
Exercise – I
1) You have to make you mind believe that you have poor memory
2) Prepare you mind for Practical Technic
3) When you hear a new thing listen carefully
4) Rescan the words one by one again
5) Try to say that in your own style twice or tries
6) Then take off your mind from that subject
7) After 8 hours of time try to remember what was that you kept on your mind
8) If you are able to remember try to say once again twice or tries
9) Then after 12 hours try again if you are getting it back that’s it
10) Make you mind believe that you have better memory now
Exercise - II
1) The subject you need to remember keep in your mind and look around
2) After some time try to remember the subject with that visual you look around
3) Try to visualize that seen again on your eyes
4) If you are not able to get your subject in your memory then you have to try to get that visuals
5) When are want remember subject you must visualize the subject in your style
This exercise will help you to keep you a strong memory and one more thing I would like to share with you, whatever subject you need to remember it should me in use always that means if you are not try to remember a thing for a long time then it will be difficult to recall, so you have to try remember all those subject again and again. But try it from your memory not with the help of (Book, Diary or a Person) anything.
